HOW DO I GET TO YOUR CLINIC?

We are located at:

Once at Leisure Park Kallang, we'd recommend you take the lift located near Au Croissant / Mega Discount store (Level 1) to get to our clinic.

Parking: There is ample parking available. You can choose to park at the basement of the building, or at the open air carpark outside.

By MRT: Nearest station is Stadium (Circle Line). There is a sheltered walkway that is linked directly to Leisure Park Kallang.

By Bus: 30, 591

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Tuesdays to Fridays: 9am to 6pm

Saturdays: 9am to 5pm 

We are closed on Sundays, Public Holidays, and most Mondays.

Should you require urgent help, please proceed to the
Emergency Department at your nearest hospital or contact the Institute of Mental Health 24-hour Helpline at 6389 2222.

SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we seek your understanding that we only accept consultations through appointments made in advance. Please contact us to find out how to make an appointment.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONSULTATION FEES LIKE?

Our standard consultation fees are $200 - $250 per session (approximately 55-60 minutes long).

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A USUAL THERAPY SESSION?

Each session is usually 55 - 60 minutes long. For a first session, your therapist will usually try to understand your needs and concerns, and jointly identify therapeutic goals. In the subsequent sessions, the therapist will use therapeutic interventions that will best support your healing and growth.

WILL MY INFORMATION BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?

The content of your sessions is strictly confidential. However, there are limits to the boundaries of confidentiality. Where there is potential harm to self or others, we are duty bound to inform relevant persons who can best provide support to prevent such injury or harm. Your therapist will explain and discuss this with you in your first session.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE IT FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Should you need to reschedule an appointment, kindly give us a call during office hours, and we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. We seek your understanding that there will be a cancellation fee imposed if the cancellation notice is less than 24 hours prior to the session scheduled.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH THERAPIST IS RIGHT FOR ME?

We understand the healing journey is a deeply personal one, and a right fit between you and your therapist is important. Do feel free to contact us directly, and we will do our best to understand your needs and make the recommendations acccordingly.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 RELATED MEASURES?

On-site sessions are currently still permissible for one on one clients or couples therapy, with increased safety measures. However, Roots and Wings Psychological Services strongly encourages all clients to move their sessions to an online platform, feel free to contact us to find out more.

 

For clients in the premises, we kindly ask for everyone to be wearing masks at all times, maintain safe distancing measures within the clinic, and to only have 1 accompanying person within the premises. Call or email the clinic to cancel your appointment should you, or any members of the household show any signs of upper respiratory tract infection or are placed on the following: Stay Home Notice or Leave of Absence. Roots and Wings Psychological Services will waive all cancellation charges during this phase.
