Jamie is a clinical psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) and Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours). She is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society, the Australian Psychological Society and is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists.

Jamie conducts psychological assessments and therapy for adults and children. She has a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders and the psychological assessment of developmental and learning difficulties in children and teenagers. Other than the use of cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based therapies, Jamie has pursued further training in schema therapy and emotion-focused therapy. She is also passionate about raising awareness for the need to focus on a child’s social and emotional development as part of a holistic education process.

Besides clinical work, Jamie is involved in research and has published in the areas of dementia screening, caregiver burden and cognitive psychology. She enjoys teaching Psychology subjects at the undergraduate level and providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
